​​​​​​​Upgrades for the 1.1-acre Sugar Land Town Plaza include new elevated wooden decks, free outdoor Wi-Fi, charging stations, improved LED lighting, a new bridge, a large canopy structure, and replacing the grass with artificial turf totaling $1.5 million. SUGAR LAND – Sugar Land Town Plaza is the focal point of Sugar Land Town Square, a 32-acre mixed-use development. 

Sugar Land Town Plaza was completed in 2003 as the focal point of Sugar Land Town Square—a 32-acre mixed-use development that features a 300-room hotel, 240,000 sf of retail space, 560,000 sf of office space, 167 residential units and three parking garages.

Upgrades for the 1.1-acre Sugar Land Town Plaza total $1.5 million. 

Improvements include elevated wooden decks, free outdoor Wi-Fi, charging stations, LED lighting, a bridge, a large canopy structure, and artificial turf.

Construction is scheduled to begin February 2018 and is expected to be completed in June 2018.
