Work starts on Frisco Station’s SkyHouse
FRISCO – An Atlanta-based partnership of Novare Group and Batson-Cook Development Co. has started on SkyHouse Frisco Station, a 25-story luxury apartment community.
The 332-unit apartment tower will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. It will have a 25th floor amenity deck.
The project will be within The Hub neighborhood of Frisco Station, a $1.8 billion, 242-acre development by Hillwood, The Rudman Partnership, and VanTrust Real Estate.
Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart is the project architect. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor.
The tower is being built with the help of Stockbridge Capital Group. Compass Bank and Trustmark Bank are providing construction financing.
