​​​​​​FRISCO – An Atlanta-based partnership​​ of Novare Group and ​​​​Batson-Cook Development Co. has started on SkyHouse Frisco Station, a 25-story luxury apartment community.

The 332-unit apartment tower will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. It will have a 25th floor amenity deck.

The project will be within The Hub neighborhood of Frisco Station, a $1.8 billion, 242-acre development by Hillwood, The Rudman Partnership, and VanTrust Real Estate. 

Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart is the project architect. Balfour Beatty Construction is the general contractor. ​​

​​The tower is being built with the help of Stockbridge Capital Group. Compass Bank and Trustmark Bank are providing construction financing.  ​
