HOUSTON – Royal Bank of Canada is relocating it capital markets office from one Hines tower to another.
The new capital markets office will occupy 54,000 sf in 609 Main, a 1.2 million-sf trophy tower.
The bank will occupy the tower's 36th and 37th floors.
Permits listed the cost of buildout as $9.1 million.
Royal Bank of Canada will vacate its offices in Williams Tower and Five Post Oak and consolidate in 609 Main during mid-summer 2018.
