The Woodlands’ office space rental rates are one of the most expensive markets in the metropolitan area.

The average rent for office space in The Woodlands area was $30.98 per sf.

The Woodlands’ office space market is more on par with markets in the City of Houston:

• Cy-Fair $23.49 per sf;
• Downtown Central Business District $34.67 per sf;
• Galleria/Uptown $31.78 per sf;
• Spring-Klein $19.10 per sf; and
• Sugar Land-Missouri City $25.79 per sf.
