FRISCO – Construction has begun on SkyHouse Frisco Station, a new 25-story luxury apartment in the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
The 25-story, 332-unit luxury apartment tower will include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with a 25th floor Sky Deck amenity floor.
SkyHouse residents will live in The Hub neighborhood of the development, which, upon completion, will include more than 200,000 sf of restaurant and bar concepts, entertainment and retail shops.
Upon full build-out, Frisco Station is expected to have 2,400 urban-style apartments.
