$40M loan for 1M-SF DFW Commerce Center

​​IRVING – Copeland Commercial LLC received $40 million in equity for the development of the DFW Commerce Center.

The development will be a 1 million-sf Class A industria​​l property located on 57.8 acres of DFW International Airport’s land.

The project will be situated at the intersection of West Walnut Hill Lane and East Airfield Dr.​​

Plans for phase one include a cross dock distribution and warehouse building that will offer 40-foot clear heights, 184 dock doors.​​

DFW Commerce Center will consist of four buildings totaling 2.8 million sf.
