Proposed Heatherwilde 45 developmentPFLUGERVILLE – A $14 million development will break ground by fall 2018 to give the fast-growing suburb more industrial flex space.

Live Oak-Gottesman LLC wants to build a warehouse and office facility with at least 240,000 sf.

The project, which will be called Heatherwilde 45, will be at the southeast corner of Heatherwilde Blvd. and SH 45.

The developer will build three warehouse/office buildings with tenants set to occupy about 216,000 sf by mid-2022.

Up to $250,000 in incentives from the city is part of the agreement to support water and wastewater infrastructure.
