DALLAS – Greystar is developing Elan Inwood, a 180-unit luxury townhome community, and Forestwood Active Adult, a 197-unit, age-restricted active adult community.
The two properties will sit on 22.7 acres at the northwest corner of Inwood Rd. and Forest Lane.
Elan Inwood will include 168 townhomes and 12 detached, single-family homes. Forestwood will include a 12,000-sf indoor amenity center.
Both properties are set to deliver in late 2019.
HFF secured funding for Greystar through the real estate finance unit at CIT Group Inc.
