Three DFW student housing assets sold

​​​DALLAS – Shore 2 Shore Properties ​has sold a North Texas 815-bed student housing portfolio to multiple buyers. 

​​The Class B​ portfolio consists of:

• ​the 432​-bed Midtown Denton near the University of North Texas at ​905 Cleveland St. in Denton;
• ​the 218-bed Midtown Arlington near the University of Texas at Arlington at ​1121 UTA Blvd.; and 
• the 165-bed Edge 55 near Texas Christian University at 3517 S. University Dr.

​A partnership between RedBridge Capital and ​​​Juniper Ridge Partners purchased Midtown Arlington and Edge 55. ​​​​​A joint venture backed by foreign capital purchased Midtown Denton.
