Humble’s zero to 700K-SF distribution space

​​​​HUMBLE – Archway Properties has selected JLL to market the industrial component of its Park Air 59 development. 

The park will contain up to 700,000 sf of Class A distribution space on 38 acres with cross-dock configuration and ample trailer storage​. 

It will also contain buildings for retail, restaurant, and services. 

Park Air 59 is located at the northeast corner of Will Clayton Pkwy. and US 59. 

The project is in a region where no new industrial buildings opened in 2017, according to JLL. The northeast Houston submarket has a vacancy rate of 2.8 percent.​
