DALLAS – North Texas’ landmark Infomart building, located at 1950 N Stemmons Fwy., is selling for $800 million—one of the highest prices ever paid for piece of DFW real estate.
It is currently under contract.
ASB Real Estate Investments said it’s selling the 1.6 million-sf property to Equinix Inc.
Built in the mid-1980s by developer Trammell Crow as a wholesale marketplace for the tech industry, the Infomart in the last ten years has transitioned into a structure to house data centers.
The sale is scheduled to close during second quarter 2018.
