• Austin: St. Elmo Storage is on 1.2 acres with a four-building facility comprised of 319 non-climate-​controlled units, ranging from 40 to 200 sf.

• It is located at 405 E. St. Elmo Rd. near I-35 and Hwy. 71.

• Edinburg: Superior Storage is a five-building property featuring climate- and non-climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 200 sf. 

• ​​It is located at 3102 S. McColl Rd. along I-69C.

• ​Katy: Storage Saums Road is comprised of 306 climate-controlled units. 

• ​​It is located at 19936 Saums Rd. next to I-10, within 25 miles of downtown Houston. ​​
