DFW’s first all-rental home community

​​​CASTLE HILLS, DENTON COUNTY – A new residential development, named Cottages at The Realm in Castle Hills, will provide the first all-rental home community in DFW metro.

The community will consist of 72 three- to four-bedroom homes with high-end interior features, a neighborhood pool and access to Castle Hills.

The homes range from 1,844 to 2,777 sf with rents starting at $2,736 per month.

The first homes will be available for move-in in mid-February 2018.

Castle Hills is a 2,800-acre master-planned community located near SH 121 and Windhaven Pkwy.

The development is expected to be annexed into the City of Lewisville in the future.​
