IRVING – Dallas-based Bandera Ventures has partnered with Boston-based Long Wharf Capital on a 1.4 million-sf industrial complex at DFW Airport’s Passport Park.

The 86-acre development, called Gateway Logistics Center, should begin to deliver by the end of the year. It will be off SH 183 near Valley View Ln.

It will include five buildings ranging from 200,000 to 380,000 sf with 28- to 36-foot clear heights. There will be deep truck courts and trailer storage plus the option to have storefront operations.

FA Peinado is the general contractor. HPI Real Estate Services & Investments is leasing the buildings.

HFF represented Bandera in securing equity with Long Wharf Capital and secured a construction loan from Bank of the Ozarks.
