​​ARLINGTON – ​Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has purchased Seville Commons, a 113,742-sf retail center.

The Class A center is at the northeast​​ corner of Collins St. and Lamar​ Blvd. It is anchored by Walmart Neighborhood Market. 

It is 95 percent occupied by tenants including Chase Bank, la Madeleine, Chipotle, Sprint, Subway, MetroPCS, Pie Five Pizza Co., and GNC.

CBRE National Retail Partners represented the seller. ​
