Wynne/Jackson developing 1,000-home Forney project

​​​FORNEY – Wynne/Jackson has started construction on Overland Grove, a 1,000-home development ​on FM 548 ​between US 80 and I-20​​.

The developer​​​ is partnering with RAM Real Estate Capital on the $300 million project. ​​​​Landmark Bank provided construction financing for the first 327-lot phase, which is expected to open in March 2019.​

Taylor Morrison and CalAtlantic Homes will build the first phase. Homes will be priced between $275,000 and $400,000. 

​​​The city annexed and zoned the 336-acre property​​ in fall 2017.
