COLLEGE STATION– Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Brazos Moving and Storage #3, located at 10099 SH 30.
The 60,550-sf facility has 408 storage units.
The first property was completed in January 2018 and was marketed as a Certificate of Occupancy transaction with zero occupancy.
According to TDLR, the structure will be an 11 self-storage unit complex with approximately 112,000 sf that will be completed in three phases.
