Developers adding four buildings to International Business Park

​PLANO – Billingsley Co. is building four more office buildings in its International Business Park.

​Development plans show that the four-story buildings will sit along Plano Pkwy. west of the Dallas North Tollway.

The first 178,000-sf building will break ground in May. Billingsley plans to rent out the new buildings for less than $25 per sf.

Local architect GFF designed the project.

The International Business Park currently includes over 1.4 million sf of office space. It is 90 percent leased.
