AUSTIN – The east side of the city is getting another mixed-use development.
AUSTIN – The east side of the city is getting another mixed-use development.The Foundry, a three-story, 95,000-sf creative office and condo building, has broken ground.
DPR Construction will build the "modern warehouse-style" building for an estimated $24.4 million at 310 Comal St., a few blocks from I-35.
The company will then turn around and lease 30,000 sf for its own offices.
