Port Arthur apartments on the way

​PORT ARTHUR – Work has started on ​​the Reserve at Pinewood Village, a 13.7-acre apartment community at 2525 FM 365.

The 190-unit community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The first units will be available in late fall 2018, and all apartments should be open by summer 2019.

Austin-based First Advisors Inc. is the developer.​ The project owner is a partnership between an affiliate of CanAm Capital Partners and Austin-based businessman Ben Barnes.

Brownstone Construction Co. is the general contractor, and Humphreys and Partners Architects is the architect. Capstone Real Estate Services will manage and lease the property. Construction and permanent financing was provided by Davis-Penn Mortgage Co. ​​
