65K sf leased at Two Colinas Crossing

​​​FARMERS BRANCH – Home Point Financial Corp is moving its Dallas regional office to Two Colinas Crossing.

The mortgage company has rented almost 65,000 sf of office space in the office building, located on Luna Rd. south of I-635.

The Two Colinas Crossing office building was constructed in 2000 and is now almost fully leased with Home Point’s deal.

Home Point leased the new offices to provide room for an expansion of its North Texas workforce.​
