​AUSTIN – Rollingwood Center I and II, a two-building, Class A office complex, has been sold.

The 214,300-sf complex sits approximately two miles from downtown at the intersection of South Mopac and Bee Caves Rd.

This location has access to major thoroughfares, including Loop 360 and Mopac, and is adjacent to Zilker Park and the neighborhoods of Rollingwood and West Lake.

Completed in 2015, Rollingwood Center features protected views of the downtown skyline, floor-to-ceiling windows, column-free floorplates and a full-service fitness center.

The properties are fully leased to six tenants.​
