SAN ANTONIO – Austin-based CSW Development is developing a 34-acre retail district on La Cantera Pkwy. and Fiesta Texas Dr. near I-10.
Called La Cantera Heights, the development will be built in two sections. The 25-acre section will include at least six buildings ranging from 3,000 to 24,000 sf. Future office development and retail expansion is also planned on the plot.
The nine-acre plot will include four buildings ranging from 5,040 to 18,750 sf.
Alamo Architects is designing the project. JLL will handle marketing and leasing.
