GARLAND – Melbourne, Australia-based Wilbow Corp. has purchased the 103-acre Wyrick farm for a 600-home residential community.
The $165 million project at the southwest corner of Buckingham and Shiloh Roads will have townhomes and single-family homes starting in the mid $200,000s.
Phase one will include 300 homes and two major parks. The first houses will be ready early next year.
CB Jeni Homes, Grenadier Homes, M1 Homes, and Gehan Homes will build the houses.
Ted Wilson with Residential Strategies said the project is the "largest new infill residential deal in DFW."
