300 homes Rise south of Pearland

​​MANVEL/IOWA COLONY – Meridiana, a development of Rise Communities, has opened its second phase planned for 300 homes. 

It’s located east of Texas 288 and south of Pearland. 

Prices for homes on lots from 40 to 100 feet in width will range from about $200,000 to $600,000. 

Builders include Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes, Shea Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Trendmaker Homes. 

Phase one in Meridiana, a 2,700-acre development, has just over 420 home sites. ​
