High-rise project adds to the Legacy

​​​​​​PLANO – One of the last vacant sites on the tollway in Legacy business park is getting a new high-rise complex.

The planned development, called Headquarters II, is at the northeast corner of Headquarters Dr. and the Dallas North Tollway, and will include two office towers and a luxury hotel.

Twin 14-story office towers will contain 425,000 sf located just across the tollway from Liberty Mutual Insurance’s office tower complex.

The first phase of the more than five-acre project will be built on the north side of Headquarters Dr. with the hotel next door on the corner of the tollway.​
