HENDERSON COUNTY – The 2,500-acre Barefoot Ranch was sold to DTY Investments LP.
The ranch was built as a hunting, fishing and farming resort and was owned by a group of investors.
The Barefoot Ranch was originally listed for sale at $59.5 million.
Barefoot Ranch has a 35,000-sf, timber-beamed lodge, golf course, boat house, multiple cabins and cottages, tennis courts, a driving range and equestrian center.
