DALLAS – Dunhill Partners has purchased the Bell Design District apartments on Hi Line Dr. at Turtle Creek Blvd.
The 214-unit community, renamed The Dunhill Design District, was built in 2010. The seller, Bell Partners, bought the property in 2012.
Lincoln Property Co. will manage the property.
Dunhill is the biggest property owner in the Design District, according to the Dallas Morning News.
