Stillwater starts on Deep Ellum apartments

​​​DALLAS ​– Stillwater Capital has broken ground on The Crosby, a 336-unit multifamily complex at 400 S. Hall St. ​

Designed by HLR Architects Inc., the building features ​studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 535 to 1,176 sf. It will also include 3,000 sf of co-working space.
