KATY – NewQuest Properties will break ground in spring 2018 on a second phase of Katy Grand retail center.
The second phase adds two buildings totaling 36,000 sf located at Grand Pkwy. and Katy Fwy.
It also adds 7.4 acres near the University of Houston’s upcoming Katy campus.
New commitments are from Kinokuniya, 85C° Bakery Café and Kula Revolving Sushi Bar.
Opening is planned in late fall 2018.
