HIDALGO COUNTY – The McAllen-Edinburg-Pharr industrial market ended the fourth quarter of 2017 with a vacancy rate of 7.7 percent, an increase over the previous quarter.
Net absorption was a positive 104,571 sf in fourth quarter, while rental rates fell to $5.31 per sf.
Vacant sublease space increased in 4Q 2017, ending at 10,530 sf.
