FRISCO – Boston-based Cabot Properties and Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners are developing a 160,000-sf warehouse and office building in Frisco Park 25.
The building will sit on ten acres along Preston Rd. and be one of the first properties in the city’s new business park. It is expected to deliver midyear.
PowerSecure Lighting is moving its headquarters from Connecticut to 75,000 sf in the project. Around 40 employees will work there.
