McALLEN – Laredo-based Killam Development Ltd. has purchased the ten-property, 1.6 million-sf Sharyland Business Park portfolio from IDI Logistics Inc.
The purchase includes 111 acres of developable land. The properties are near the Anzalduas International Bridge and the McAllen International Airport and were 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
JLL brokered the deal.
