MCALLEN – Laredo-based Killiam Development Ltd. acquired the Sharyland Business Park portfolio, a ten-property portfolio of industrial assets totaling 1.6 million sf in the Rio Grande Valley.
The sale includes 111 acres of developable land.
The properties are located near the Anzalduas National Crossing and the McAllen International Airport.
The properties were approximately 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
