ARLINGTON – Arlington Commons is the largest multifamily redevelopment project in Arlington history and one of the largest in North Texas.
As construction of the much-anticipated complex is nearing an end, the project value it will bring to the city has jumped from $200 million to estimates of $300 to $400 million, according to Robert Kembel, president of The Nehemiah Company.
Designed by JHP Architecture/Urban Design, the approximately 1,300-unit development is located at 425 E. Lamar Blvd. near Globe Life Park. The project is expected to be fully completed in 2026.
