This will be the view from King Roger Street.SAN ANTONIO – Multifamily developer The NRP Group is planning an 81-unit mixed-income apartment building across the street from the new Confluence Park.

The community, called Rio Lofts, is down the street from Mission Concepción and just below the old Lone Star Brewery at 323 West Mitchell St.

The complex will offer 67 affordable units and 14 market-rate units. 

The four-story building will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 650 to 1,050 sf.

The project will not likely break ground until June and should take 14 months to complete. 

The project will cost an estimated $8.5 million. 

The project was designed by local firm Muñoz & Co.
