New Third + Shoal office tower nearly full

​​​​​​​​​​​​AUSTIN – Third + Shoal, an under construction, 345,000-sf office tower in the Central Business District, is nearing full occupancy.

Located at 601 West 3rd St. at the site of the former Austin Music Hall, more than 90 percent of the rentable space is preleased to a mix of notable tenants.

Facebook has agreed to lease approximately 232,000 sf along with a Fortune 500 financial institution and a law firm set to occupy approximately 76,000 sf.

Additionally, the ground floor boasts roughly 12,000 sf of retail space.

Third + Shoal is slated for delivery in third quarter 2018.​
