AUSTIN – TownePlace Suites, a 122-room hotel located in Austin’s North Tech Ridge submarket, has fetched $19.8 million.
AUSTIN – TownePlace Suites, a 122-room hotel located in Austin’s North Tech Ridge submarket, has fetched $19.8 million.The dog-friendly facility is situated at 12427 Tech Ridge Blvd. near Dell’s corporate campus, Samsung’s semiconductor facility and General Motor’s IT innovation facility.
The Texas State Capitol, The University of Texas and The Domain are located just minutes away from the hotel.
The hotel was bought by Condor Hospitality Trust Inc.
Aimbridge Hospitality will continue to manage the property.
