DALLAS – REIT Public Storage has purchased a six-property self-storage portfolio totaling over 3,300 units in the Metroplex area.
The Class A facilities were built between 2001 and 2017 and total around 430,000 rentable sf.
The seller was a joint venture between Advantage Storage and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.
JLL brokered the deal.
