SAN ANTONIO – Nacogdoches Crossing, a 22,434-sf neighborhood shopping center located on the northeastern outskirts of the San Antonio, was sold by Santikos Real Estate Services. Nacogdoches Crossing garnered significant interest due to future development potential and a Walmart-shadow-anchored retail center located at 6826 North Loop 1604 E. in the Northeast submarket.
The asset is situated on a 5.9-acre parcel and includes two unbuilt acres that can hold roughly 19,000 sf of new retail space.
