SPRING – Caldwell Cos. is bringing 330 Class A units to the corner of Gosling and FM 2920, adjacent to a new H-E-B site.
The project will be named Lakeview Oaks.
The gated community will offer luxury apartments with Hill Country-inspired architecture.
Construction will begin early 2018 and will deliver in 2019.
One- to three-bedroom apartments will be available for lease and offer private, attached and/or detached garages for select units.
The site offers access to I-45, George Bush Intercontinental, the new Exxon Mobil campus and Springwoods Village.
The adjacent H-E-B will open later this year.
