HOUSTON – Developer Jack Matthews is building a $70 million high-rise apartment building next to a newly-renovated historic high school at Pearl and Bryan streets.
The 16-story building at 2400 Bryan St. will have 230 apartments, 110 of which are reserved for residents earning between 30 and 60 percent of the area's median income.
The project also includes a six-level, 400-space parking garage and 10,000 sf of retail space across ten floors.
Work will start on the project in early 2019.
