Real estate companies Read King, Property Commerce and NewQuest Properties are in the midst of constructing three new retail centers that will bring over 1.4 million sf of retail space to the area:

All three of the main developments are expected to take shape over the next coming years, with estimated completion dates ranging from summer 2018 to early 2020.

Little has been announced about the fourth development by Trammell Crowe Company, a 26-acre retail site coming to the northwest corner of West Airport and the Grand Pkwy.

The area is sandwiched in between two major housing developments—Aliana, Houston’s No. 2 top selling community, and Harvest Green by Johnson Development, a 1,300-acre farm-centric community.
