FARMERS BRANCH – Jefferson East Branch, a 741-unit multifamily community, is in the works near Addison Circle. JPI is the developer.
Construction of the 390-unit first phase will begin in late 2019. First occupancy is scheduled for summer 2020.
Phase II, which will deliver 351 units, is expected to start in spring 2020.
