Charles Schwab expands ahead of DFW campus completion

​​WESTLAKE – Charles Schwab has decided to expand its North Texas footprint ahead of the completion of its new regional campus in Westlake.

The financial services firm has signed a lease for about 60,000 sf at Heritage Commons II at 13500 Heritage Pkwy. in Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas.

This office will help Charles Schwab house operations for their near-term needs as they prepare for additional growth in Westlake in 2019.

The firm also has an existing office of roughly 140,000 sf in the nearby City of Roanoke.​​
