Momark Development and Southwest Strategies Group, the site's owner/developer team, had their general contractor line up subcontractors for the project.

The first phase of the project, Block C, is located on the southeastern end of the existing campus.

Block C will consist of two significant structures—a five-story, 181-unit, wood-framed apartment building, and a detached 4.5-level, 109,540-sf parking garage containing 336 total parking spaces and fronting Comal St. on the structure's eastern side.

The average area per unit in the 182,739-sf apartment building is 749 sf.

The parking garage structure will also include 62 apartment units.

Both buildings will be connected by a sky bridge.
