​​​Austin-based developer Oden Hughes LLC is building a 350-unit apartment complex called Lenox Ridge.AUSTIN – Construction is underway on a new apartment community that will have 350 units catered to a tech-heavy workforce.

Dubbed Lenox Ridge, the ten-acre site is located on the southeast corner of MoPac​ and Scofield Ridge Pkwy. in Northwest Austin

The complex is slated to open in early 2019. 

Because of the site’s proximity to large tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, IBM, Oracle Corp. and Paypal Holdings Inc., the complex will have a 1,600-sf Community Work Studio.

Residents will have access to private and community offices, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, an open-floor lounge and a hospitability bar.
