Dallas Adira, The Corners apartments sold

​​DALLAS – Adira Apartments, a 164-unit apartment property and The Corners, a 242-unit apartment complex both located in Dallas have been sold.

Adira is located at 1301 West Wheatland Rd. The subject property, built in 1972, is located just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas.

Adira Apartments attracted 20 property tours and 16 offers from a wide range of local and out of state buyers during a brief three-week marketing period.

The Corners was built in 1986 and is located at 7878 Marvin D. Love Freeway.

The Corners is situated just two miles to the west of Adira along Hwy. 67 just north of Interstate 20.​​
