Two RiverwayHOUSTON – Comerica Inc. is relocating to a 33,500-sf office at Two Riverway after occupying a 219,000-sf space at Brookhollow II at 2900 North Loop West.

The move is expected to wrap up by August 2018.

The decrease in space is due to Comerica moving functions out of the Brookhollow II building to other offices since it acquired Houston’s Sterling Bancshares for $1 billion in 2011, Carmen Branch said.

The current functions and business units operating at the Brookhollow II building are expected to make the move to Two Riverway.

The bank plans to occupy the top two floors of the building with an office.

Comerica operates roughly 50 branches and has more than 450 employees in the Houston area.
