Trinity Falls EntryMcKINNEY – The 1,700-acre Trinity Falls development has acquired the adjoining 271-acre Heritage Farm.

The property was bought from a family trust and will give room for an additional 1,000 homes at Trinity Falls.

The land acquisition will also allow Trinity Falls’ owner Johnson Development to build retail space, an additional elementary school, offices and a park.

The Heritage Farm that just sold dates back to 1857.

The farm has been operated by the same family for 150 years and was last harvested in 2016.
